
Adelis takes majority stake in Hantverksdata
Adelis Equity Partners has acquired Sweden-based Hantverksdata, a provider of administrative software for craftsmen in the Nordic region.
Hantverksdata stated it plans on using the experience of Adelis in the IT and building services sectors to grow its product offering in Sweden and other Nordic countries.
The board of Hantverksdata will be joined by Anders Böös, previously chair of IFS, and Petter Håkanson, previously CEO of Assemblin.
Adelis invested from its second fund, Adelis Equity Partners Fund II, which held a final close on €600m in June 2017.

The company has around 4,000 corporate customers and 35,000 users. It employs a staff of 100 in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark, and recorded a turnover of around SEK 165m in 2017.
