
Korona Invest acquires MV-Jäähdytys
Finland-based Korona Invest has acquired Helsinki-headquartered MV-Jäähdytys, which offers maintenance and installation of refrigeration and heating equipment.
MV-Jäähdytys plans on implementing its growth plan with Korona Invest, focusing on developing its services. The company operates in the Helsinki area, as well as Tampere and Jämsä.
According to a Finnish media report by Talouselama, Korona wholly acquired the company.

Established in 2012 and headquartered in Helsinki, MV-Jäähdytys specialises in the maintenance and installation of refrigeration and heating equipment. The company reported net sales of €6.8m in 2017 and employs a staff of 60.
