
Via Equity invests in C&B Systemer
Via Equity has invested in Denmark-based C&B Systemer, a supplier and developer of enterprise software to the real estate agency industry.
The current management team has retained a stake alongside Via Equity. In addition, software expert Jan Gaardboe Jensen has become a minority shareholder.
Founder Bjarne Hansen will resign from the board having been with the company for 40 years. The management of C&B will be taken over by the current strategic director, with Tina Ørholm as new CEO. Via Equity partner Benjamin Kramarz will also joined the board.
With the fresh funding, the management and the new owners will accelerate the digital development and strengthen the company's market position.

Founded in 1978 and headquartered in Taastrup, C&B supplies and develops software for the Danish real estate industry. C&B's software suite enables a one-point entry for real estate agents on individual estate projects. The service includes CRM, process management, digital documentation and a standardised website setup.
