CapMan exits Fluido
Finnish private equity house CapMan has signed an agreement to sell its stake in Fluido, an Espoo-based cloud services consulting business, to technology company Infosys.
The deal marks the first exit for the CapMan Growth Fund, which held a final close on its hard-cap of €86m in December 2017. The fund held a 29% stake in Fluido.
The vehicle is the GP's first growth fund and was built on Norvestia's growth business model. CapMan acquired the Finnish investment firm in a €118m deal in late 2016.
Previous funding
CapMan Growth (then Norvestia) led a €3.3m funding round for Fluido in January 2016, alongside Salesforce Ventures. The fresh capital supported Fluido's international growth, with the company being a Salesforce partner in the Nordic region. Ahead of the funding round, Fluido was already a "platinum consulting partner" of Salesforce.
Company
Founded in 2009, Fluido is headquartered in Espoo and is a cloud services consulting company focusing on Salesforce's products. The company helps Salesforce customers with implementation of Salesforce CRM services and develops applications for customer experience management. The company employs a staff of 250.
