
Triton acquires Dantaxi 4x48
Triton has signed an agreement to acquire Dantaxi 4x48, a Copenhagen-headquartered taxi company.
Triton will acquire all companies referred to under the brand Dantaxi 4x48 via its Smaller Mid-Cap Fund, which held a final close on €448m in July earlier this year.
With backing from Triton, Dantaxi intends to capitalise on the Danish government's de-regulation of the taxi industry by professionalising its service.

Based in Copenhagen, Dantaxi 4x48 is a Danish haulier-owned taxi company created through the merger between Dantaxi and 4x48 TaxiNord in 2017. The company is a nationwide aggregator of taxi services in Denmark. It generated a turnover of around DKK 1.6bn in 2017.
