
Adelis buys DataCenter Finland
Adelis Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in Finnish IT services provider DataCenter Finland (DCF).
It is the fourth investment from Adelis's second fund, which held a final close on €600m in June 2017.
The company's current owners including its management have retained a significant minority stake in the business. Nicklas Persson, CEO and founder of Adelis portfolio company Addpro, has also invested in the business and will join the board of directors.
Adelis has prior experience of investing in IT services providers in Sweden (Addpro) and Denmark (IT Relation).
The GP plans to support DCF's growth through acquisitions.

DCF is an IT infrastructure and cloud services provider focused on mid-sized companies. The company has data centres in Espoo and Helsinki, and employs 80 people. It expects to generate sales of €21m for 2018. The business has operated in its current form since 2008.
