Anacap buys SundhedsGruppen
Anacap Financial Partners, a private equity firm specialised in the financial services sector, has acquired Danish private health insurance business SundhedsGruppen.

Anacap said in a statement that it will leverage its insurance sector knowledge and digital expertise to improve the company's technical infrastructure. It will also support the firm's expansion into new markets.
