
Segulah sells Zengun
Swedish private equity firm Segulah has sold construction contractor Zengun back to its founders and other minority shareholders.
The GP made the divestment from its SEK 2.4bn, 2016-vintage buyout fund Segulah V.
It acquired the company in partnership with the founders in March 2016 and has seen Zengun's revenues double to SEK 2bn under its ownership.
Segulah said it was a successful investment for the fund.
The new owners have financed the acquisition through the Nordic bond market with a SEK 450m bond issue.

Zengun is a property developer focusing on high-end commercial properties in the Stockholm region. The company's construction projects are mainly carried out by subcontractors. It is headquartered in Stockholm and was founded in 2009.
