
Accent buys Götessons
Accent Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in Swedish office furniture and accessories manufacturer Götessons from Connecting Capital.
The investment was drawn from the SEK 3bn Accent Equity 2017 vehicle, a lower mid-market fund that targets Nordic businesses with enterprise values between €20-50m.
The management team will stay on and take a minority stake in the transaction.
Previous funding
Connecting Capital acquired an 89% stake in the business in 2013.

Götessons was founded in 1984 and is headquartered in Perstorp. It designs and manufactures a range of products for offices, hotels and conference centres, such as furniture, lighting and decorations.
The company employs 100 people and has reported sales growth of 18% per year since 2015, resulting in revenues of SEK 300m for 2018.
