
Via Equity backs Cego carve-out
Via Equity has supported the management buyout of Cego, a Danish online casino operator from state-owned gaming company Danske Spil.
The GP invested from Via Equity III, a DKK 1bn fund that invests in companies with revenues of between €10-100m.
Danske Spil previously owned a 60% stake in the business. The company will now be jointly owned by Via, the company management team and other minority shareholders.
