Segulah acquires IT-Total
Segulah has acquired a majority stake in Sweden-headquartered IT infrastructure consultancy IT-Total.
The deal is the ninth investment made from SEK 2.4bn vehicle Segulah Fund V, which invests in Nordic companies with enterprise values of up to SEK 1bn.
IT-Total's founders and existing shareholders will retain a combined 45% stake in the business following the deal.
Segulah has introduced former QBranch CEO and co-founder Ulf Engerby as chairperson at the company, while CEO and co-founder Fredrik Franzén will remain in his role.

Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Solna, near Stockholm, IT-Total is a B2B provider of managed IT, data centres and workplace hardware, software licences and consultancy services. Around 90% of its clients are based in the Stockholm area and it generated a turnover of SEK 260m in the year ending in April 2019, according to a statement. IT-Total has a headcount of 85.
