Litorina buys NN07 from Fidelio
Litorina Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in men’s casual clothing brand NN07 from Fidelio Capital.
Litorina drew capital from its fifth buyout fund, which closed on its SEK 3bn target in August. It invests in companies with an EV between SEK 200m-1bn.
The sale ends a holding period of more than two years for Fidelio, which bought a 60% stake from the founders Victor Lindh and Tommy Holte.
Litorina has introduced former H&M CEO Fabian Månsson as chairman and former Eton CEO Hans Davidson as a director.
Previous funding
Fidelio acquired NN07 in July 2016. Danish press said the deal value was in the three-digit million bracket in DKK.
Company
NN07 was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Copenhagen. It sells trousers, shirts, knitwear, jerseys and outerwear through its website and distribution partners. It has sales in 40 countries, 75% of which come from Scandanavia, with the remaining 25% coming predominantly from UK, Germany, Benelux and the US.
