
PE-backed Loxysoft sold to trade
FutureMind, Great Lake Capital, Almi Invest and MIC Värdepapper have sold their stakes in Nordic company Loxysoft to Finnish software company LeadDesk.
The buyer is wholly acquiring the company for a debt-free purchase price of around €13.6m.
FutureMind Invest and Great Lake Capital divested 65.9% and 26.7% of their stakes, respectively.
The acquisition will strengthen LeadDesk's position as a software-as-a-service contact centre in the Nordic region and give the company a stronger foothold in Sweden and Norway.
Loxysoft, formed as a result of Verdane Capital and Via Venture Partners' sale of Dolphin Software in 2014, generated revenues of around €6.7m and an operating profit of €400,000 in 2019.

Headquartered in Östersund, Swedish-Norwegian business Loxysoft was formed through a merger between Loxysoft, Loxytel and Dolphin Software.
The company is a B2B provider of contact centre, telemarketing and workforce management software. It has 60 employees in Stockholm, Oslo and Östersund.
