Korona Invest acquires stake in Enmac
Finnish growth investor Korona Invest has acquired a stake in Enmac, a Tampere-based engineering consultancy.
The GP specialises in financing growth-stage companies that are typically profitable with a turnover of €2–20m. It is currently investing from Korona Fund III, which held a final close in December 2016 on €62m.
Enmac is the GP's sixth investment from the fund, which was 50% deployed following its fifth investment in April 2020.
Enmac CEO Juha Ritala said in a statement that the GP's expertise will help the company implement its growth plan, which will involve acquisitions.

Founded in 1983 and based in Tampere, Enmac is an engineering consultancy focusing on technical engineering and product development. The company's turnover is approximately €7.5m and it employs 85 staff.
