Adelis buys stake in Finnish digital learning firm Valamis
Nordic mid-market investor Adelis Equity Partners has acquired a stake in Finnish software company Valamis alongside its management.
The GP is currently deploying equity from Adelis Equity Partners II, which held a final close on €600m in June 2017.
The deal, which was announced at the end of December, will see current management continue in their roles and retain significant ownership of the company.
Through the transaction, the GP will help accelerate the development of Valamis's digital learning platform, LXP, internationally and support its services business in northern Europe.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
