Adelis buys stake in Finnish digital learning firm Valamis
Nordic mid-market investor Adelis Equity Partners has acquired a stake in Finnish software company Valamis alongside its management.
The GP is currently deploying equity from Adelis Equity Partners II, which held a final close on €600m in June 2017.

Through the transaction, the GP will help accelerate the development of Valamis's digital learning platform, LXP, internationally and support its services business in northern Europe.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
