
Full In Partners acquires Danish firm Cybot
US-based growth investor Full In Partners has acquired a majority stake in Danish cybersecurity company Cybot.
The company's CEO, Daniel Johannsen, told Danish publication Borsen that the deal value corresponded to 10x the company's turnover, which he said was moving closer to DKK 100m (€13.4m). Johannsen will remain invested in the company as a shareholder.
The GP is deploying equity from its $200m fund, which is being used to invest in around 15-20 software and internet businesses in North America, Europe and Israel.

Founded in 2012 and based in Copenhagen, Cybot is a software-as-a-service company that has developed a Cookiebot helping websites become data-privacy compliant. It has fewer than 50 staff.
