
BlackFin acquires Fokus Asset Management
BlackFin Capital Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Danish real estate management firm Fokus Asset Management.
The acquisition will enable Fokus to strengthen its service globally. It hopes to become the main point of contact for foreign investors wanting to access the Nordic real estate market.
BlackFin said in a statement that the company will also benefit from the GP's industry experience and network in the Nordic market. BlackFin is currently deploying BlackFin Financial Services Fund III, which held a final close on €985m in November 2019.
The deal completion is subject to regulatory approval.
