Accent Equity acquires Infolog
Accent Equity Partners has acquired Infolog, a division of Swedish business communication group Intellecta.
Accent completed the Infolog transaction from its Accent Equity 2012 fund.
The deal values the company at SEK 200.5m excluding debt. An additional payment of up to SEK 7m may apply, depending on Infolog's final results for 2013.
The transaction is subject to approval from competition authorities and is expected to be completed in Q3 2013.
Company
Based in Stockholm, Infolog provides services within marketing and promotion, including the development of advertisement and communication products, advanced off-set and digital printing, as well as warehousing and distribution solutions in relation to such products.
Infolog comprises three legal entities: Ineko, Strålins and Ontime. It operates its business from Nacka, Årsta, Göteborg and Falun. The company has a turnover of close to SEK 350m and employs 200 staff.
