FSN Capital buys PM Retail
FSN Capital has acquired Norwegian women's clothing retailer PM Retail.
PM Retail was bought from the Mørck family, which has owned the company since 1987. No further financial details have been disclosed.

PM Retail, founded in 1987, designs and sells women's clothing for the 40+ segment of the Norwegian market. The company owns a number of brands, which are distributed through 45 Norwegian retail stores. It had a turnover of NOK 290m, increased by around 30% from the previous year, and EBITDA of NOK 65m.
