
Herkules acquires Admincontrol
Norwegian GP Herkules Capital has acquired Oslo-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider Admincontrol from its founders.
Herkules bought Admincontrol through its 2013-vintage NOK 2.5bn fourth fund, Herkules IV, and will invest alongside the company's management and employees.
The new owners stated they will focus on developing Admincontrol's products and services, as well as consolidating its presence in the Nordic market.
Company
Founded in 2005, Admincontrol provides secure information sharing services aimed at "business-critical processes", such as board and management work, due diligence, tender processes and projects.
The Oslo-based business, which employs 40 staff, had revenues of NOK 38m in 2013.
