
Ratos makes NOK 265m on Hent refinancing
Listed Swedish GP Ratos has received NOK 265m from the refinancing of Norwegian construction company Hent.
Ratos's dividend from the refinancing repaid nearly all of the GP's initial investment of NOK 269m for its 73% stake in Hent.
The refinancing was made possible following a period of strong growth and performance for the company, coming two years after the GP first bought into it, according to Ratos.

Hent is a Norwegian construction company based in Trondheim, primarily developing new construction of public and commercial properties.
The company focuses on project development, project management and procurement. Hent had revenues of SEK 4.1bn and EBITA of SEK 149m in the first nine months of 2015.
