Adelis in Puuilo SBO from Sentica
Swedish GP Adelis Equity Partners has acquired a majority stake in Finnish discount retailer Puuilo from Sentica Partners in a secondary buyout.

Sentica's exit from Puuilo comes four years after it acquired its 55% stake in an MBO. The deal saw the founders retain a 25% stake in the company, with key management figures being offered a total shareholding of 20%.
