
Via Venture Partners acquires UVdata
Via Venture Partners has, together with several key employees, acquired a majority stake in Danish IT company UVdata AS.
The company's founder, Jan Gaardboe Jensen, will continue as CEO and will together with the new board seek to broaden UVdata's presence in the municipal market and in the educational sector.
Company
Founded in 2004, UVData provides products such as UVvej, MinUddannelse, UVefterskole and MinInstitution. Over the last few years, UVdata has developed from supplying educational guidance products for Danish municipalities to providing software products to the broader municipal market and the educational sector.
Today UVdata has a broad customer base including municipalities, schools and educational centres, as well as the Danish state.
