Industri Udvikling invests in Tenax Sild
Industri Udvikling has invested in Tenax Sild, a Danish manufacturer of fish-based food products, taking a minority stake.
The investment was made through the GP's Industri Udvikling IV fund, which closed last year on DKK 500m and invests DKK 5-20m equity tickets for 30-40% stakes in small and medium-sized Danish companies.
Tenax CEO Michael Pedersen and CFO Marianne Skov will invest alongside the GP.
The deal was arranged as a result of Tenax's January acquisition of competitor Lykkeberg, following which the company had sought an equity partner to support future growth of the new group.
