
Intera Partners buys scaffolding business Telinekymppi
Helsinki-headquartered GP Intera Partners has acquired a majority stake in scaffolding rental services company Telinekymppi.
The Tuusula-headquartered company's owners will retain a significant combined shareholding alongside the GP.
Intera drew down capital from its 2010-vintage buyout vehicle Intera Fund II to finance the deal. The SME-focused GP's investment will support Telinekymppi's growth and expansion across Finland, where it currently operates predominantly in the Helsinki region.

Headquartered in Tuusula near the Finnish capital, Telinekymppi is a scaffolding rental company providing scaffolding, weather protection and installation services.
The company was founded in 2005 and generated revenues of €13m in 2014.
