
Nordic Capital acquires DK Online
Nordic Capital has acquired Danish payment services provider DK Online through the Swedish GP's payment sector investment vehicle, Cidron SuperPay.
The deal will see the vehicle wholly acquire DK Online, with the company's management remaining in place and taking a stake in Cidron SuperPay.
With DK Online, Nordic Capital's payment sector portfolio under Cidron now includes five companies, including Samport Payment Services and Euroline, which is the anchor of the group.

Odense-based DK Online sells and rents out payment systems such as card terminals, point-of-sale terminals and accessories to Danish businesses.
The company was founded in 2006 and posted profits after tax of DKK 7.9m in 2014. It employs 35 staff.
