Reiten & Co exits Ellipse Klinikken
Reiten & Co Capital Partners has exited cosmetic treatments provider Ellipse Klinikken to Swedish private clinic chain Akademikliniken.
The firm did not disclose the exit value but the GP states that the company's rowth slowed down towards the end of the holding period.
Previous investment
Reiten took a majority stake in Ellipse Klinikken with its RCP VI fund in 2006.
Since then, the business has emerged as a leading brand for non-invasive cosmetic treatment in the Nordic region.
Reiten introduced a new management and shifted the company's profile towards medical services.

Ellipse Klinikken was founded in 1998 in Oslo and is currently the largest chain of laser and injection treatment providers in Scandinavia.
It has eight clinics across Norway and Sweden.
