CataCap acquires 60% stake in Skybrands
Danish GP CataCap has taken a majority stake in branded textile goods producer Skybrands, in a deal understood to be valued in excess of DKK 100m.
The transaction sees the GP aqcuire a 60% stake in the Vejle-based business, with founder and CEO Jan Kølbek owning the remaining 40% stake together with COO Kristian Mouritzen.

Skybrands currently has licences to produce branded textiles for a number of global brands, including FC Barcelona, Disney and Ferrari. The GP's growth plans include investing in broader and larger licences and improving the company's distribution network.
