
Sentica picks up Secto Automotive
Sentica Partners has acquired a majority stake in Finnish car-leasing company Secto Automotive.
Following the deal, key management will retain a significant ownership stake in the business. Sentica will further the company's growth strategy via acquisitions both in Finland and abroad if suitable targets are identified during the holding period.
Company
Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Helsinki, Secto provides car-leasing services to more than 1,000 corporate clients.
The business supplies state energy subsidies and associated reporting; leasing finance; charging equipment, instalment and guidance; and support services during the lease period. Secto had a turnover of €63m in 2013.
