
Sentica exits 9lives
Sentica Partners has sold Helsinki-based ambulance and emergency care services company 9lives back to the company’s management.
The new owners are CEO Markus Ulfstedt and CFO Katariina Matveinen. They plan to continue the company's current growth strategy.
Sentica acquired 9lives in Q3 2008.

Founded in 1989 and based in Helsinki, 9Lives provides ambulance and emergency care services.
The company provides services for eight hospital districts in 26 locations, with more than 80 ambulances and nearly 1,000 emergency care professionals available for clients and patients.
9lives has a turnover of €17m and employs 300 staff.

Christer Niemi is a partner at Sentica. Markus Ulfstedt is the CEO of 9lives.
