Ratos exits Svenska Nyhetsbrev to Bonnier

The sale was said to be in line with Bisnode's strategy to streamline its core business in order to focus on growth and increased customer value.

The deal will not generate any significant capital gain or loss for Bisnode. Svenska Nyhetsbrev has been a part of the Bisnode Group since 2008.

Ratos acquired a 70% stake in Bisnode in June 2005.

Svenska Nyhetsbrev is a supplier of independent business news within the insurance, pensions, funds and banking, medicines and pharmacies, telecoms and energy fields.

Svenska Nyhetsbrev's turnover in 2012 was close to SEK 34m, and the company employs 26 staff.
