SoonR (Denmark) - Jan 2008

SoonR, a Denmark-based mobile computing company, has attracted a second round of financing worth $9.5m from a consortium of investors led by Cisco Systems. Other investors included Clearstone Venture Partners and Intel Capital, which also participated in the previous round. Together, the two rounds have brought in $15.5m for the business. The financial injection will be used to expand the company’s mobile platform and scale-up its partner-driven distribution strategy.

Founded in 2005, SoonR has developed a platform designed to provide mobile professionals with integrated and comprehensive mobile services. The business aims to make computer files available through mobile and internet connected devices. SoonR’s services work across a range of carrier networks and different handset operating systems. It has offices in Lyngby and Campbell in California.
