
Vaaka acquires Kh-kiinteistöpalvelut
Vaaka Partners has taken a majority stake in Finnish property maintenance and services group Kh-kiinteistöpalvelut.
The company's management will remain in place and retain a shareholding in Kh-kiinteistöpalvelut.
Vaaka said it plans to grow Kh-kiinteistöpalvelut, both organically and through acquisitions.
The investment will help the company develop and expand beyond the Helsinki metropolitan area, where it currently operates, as well as expand its services offering.

Helsinki-based Kh-kiinteistöpalvelut is a group of companies offering property maintenance and supporting services to housing cooperatives in the Finnish capital.
Founded in 1989, the group had revenues of €25m in 2013 and employs 380 people across 34 local offices.

Vaaka partner Panu Vuorela led the deal for the GP. Markku Väisänen is the CEO of Kh-kiinteistöpalvelut.
