
Industrifonden et al. back ClearCar
Industrifonden has invested SEK 13m in Swedish vehicle inspection start-up ClearCar.
Oscarson Invest and Skandinavkonsult also provided additional funding.
The fresh capital will be used to establish a number of inspection stations in Sweden over the next few years. The new ClearCar stations will be established in association with MECA Car Service stations, a Swedish car repair chain. ClearCar will operate separately from MECA and employ its own staff.

ClearCar is a vehicle inspection company based in Norrkoping and Grums, Sweden. The company has recently been accredited by state authority Swedac to conduct inspections for vehicles weighing up to 3,500kg.
