Ratos acquires Airteam in DKK 575m MBO
Swedish listed GP Ratos has acquired a 70% stake in Danish ventilation services company Airteam in a DKK 575m buyout.

The company's management and the founding Söderberg family will retain a combined 30% stake in Airteam, alongside key employees. CEO Poul Pihlmann will remain in place at the helm of the company after the change of control.
