NorInnova increases stake in Dualog
NorInnova Invest has increased its stake in Norwegian maritime communications company Dualog.
The NOK 3m injection brings the total investment to NOK 11.65m, and gives NorInnova a 21.6% shareholding. NorInnova initially invested NOK 8m in the company in December 2007, and held a 9.6% stake prior to the current transaction.
Company
Dualog, founded in 1994 and based in Tromsø, Northern Norway, provides data communication solutions for the maritime industry. The company offers services to streamline operations, optimise bandwidth, and allow for cost control for communications over satellite systems. It also offers an electronic logbook and plans to release a remote medical diagnostics system during 2011.
