FlatFrog closes $10m round
FlatFrog Laboratories, a Sweden-based multi-touch systems provider, has raised a further $10m from Invus, Sunstone Capital and Intel Capital.
The company will use the fresh funding to accelerate the commercialisation of its technology for PC and to expand its footprint in Asia.
Previous funding
In 2010, the company raised €12.5m from Invus, strategic investor Promethean and Sunstone, according to unquote" data. Tech-focused investment bank GP Bullhound advised on the fundraising.
Two years later, Intel Capital led a €20m round for the firm, with co-investment from existing backers. The funding round was designed to support the commercialisation of Flatfrog's touch technologies and enabled the firm to make new hires.

Founded in 2007 by Ola Wassvik and Christer Fåhraeus, Lund-based FlatFrog Laboratories provides multi-touch systems using in-glass touch technology. Its technology supports 40 simultaneous touches and is designed for integration into consumer products including notebooks, tablets and all-in-one PCs.
