
Questback raises £12m
Questback, a Norwegian feedback platform developer, has raised £12m in funding.
The capital was raised from existing investors Reiten & Co and First Fellow Oy.
With the fresh capital, Questback will continue research and development for its two platforms, Enterprise and Essentials. It also plans to open new offices in the US within the next year.
Supported by Reiten, Questback has merged with German social customer relationship management (CRM) vendor Globalpark in 2011.

Founded in 2000 in Oslo, Questback is a supplier of web-based enterprise feedback, social CRM and online surveys. The company has subsidiaries in six countries.

Frank Møllerop is the CEO of Questback. Terje Bakken is a partner at Reiten and chair of Questback's board.
