
Capidea backs MBO of Klokkerholm Karosseridele
Capidea Management has acquired a 70% stake in Danish auto body part distributor Klokkerholm Karosseridele.
The investment was made through newco Cap KK Invest from the DKK 750m Capidea fund, which closed in November 2006. The value of the transaction has not been disclosed.
Company
Klokkerholm Karosseridele, founded in 1969, distributes auto body parts to northern Europe. The company, based in Hjallerup, has production in Denmark, and warehouses in Sweden and Denmark. It employs around 100 staff.

Partner Erik Balleby Jensen worked on the deal for Capidea. Chairman of the board, Benny Balle Jensen, and managing director Søren Juhl will retain their positions in Klokkerholm.
