Accent Equity acquires Maj Invest's Eurowrap
Accent Equity has acquired gift wrapping company Eurowrap Group from Maj Invest Equity, alongside the companyтs management.
Accent plans to expand the group into new markets both organically and via acquisitions.
Company
The group supplies gift packaging including gift wrap, bags, tags, bows and ribbons to European retailers mainly in the UK, Germany and the Nordic region.
Eurowrap has one production facility in Denmark and trading operations in the UK with in-house design capabilities. The group's turnover reached DKK 262m (€35m) in 2013.
