
SE Blue Equity backs Eltronic
SE Blue Equity has acquired a 50% stake in Eltronic, a Danish company providing technology and development expertise to manufacturing companies.
Denmark-based SE Blue bought the stake from Eltronic's founder and CEO Lars Jensen. Jensen will continue as co-owner and CEO of the company. Eltronic employees will also be offered a substantial stake in the business.
SE Blue invests in growth businesses with a turnover of up to DKK 1bn.

Founded in 2000 by Lars Jensen and based in Hedensted, Eltronic provides engineering, system integration and automation services to Danish manufacturing companies.
The company operates within five business areas: green energy, food & beverages, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas and mass production. Customers primarily consist of large Danish industrial companies. Eltronic employs 160 people and has a turnover of close to DKK 170m.
