
Procuritas closes fifth fund on €200m
Procuritas has closed its fifth investment vehicle on €200m.
The fund reached its target and hard-cap. Carry and management fees correspond to industry standards.
Procuritas closed its last fund on €139m in 2009, undercutting its initial €250m target by more than €100m. During the fundraising, the target size of Procuritas Capital Investors IV was lowered to €150m.

Half of commitments to the fund came from new investors.
Investments
Procuritas expects to source between one and three investments per year from the fund. The regional focus will be exclusively on the Nordic region.

Hans Wikse, managing partner, led the fundraising for Procuritas.
