PEQ backs Inläsningstjänst MBO
PEQ has backed an MBO of educational services provider InlУЄsningstjУЄnst.
The deal represents the first investment for PEQ Invest II, which closed at SEK 110m in 2011. Previous owners, the Rendahl family, will keep a minority stake in the company.
Company
Inläsningstjänst, founded in 1990, provides products and services to students with reading or writing disabilities. Its main product consists of a catalogue of spoken textbooks, produced in-house for customers in primary and secondary education. Based in Stockholm, it employs 12 staff and generated a SEK 38m turnover in 2010.
