Zebor Technology (Sweden) - Nov 2007

STING Capital has invested SKr 1m in Zebor Technology, a seller and promoter of a ‘green’ operating system. The investor was attracted to the deal because of the belief in the market for embedded systems. The core technology of Zebor, that has developed BIOS system designed for meeting customers, also acted as a large incentive to invest.

Zebor Technology sells and promotes a ‘green operating’ system. It is more cost effective, productive and the most environmentally-friendly application platform for computer-based products. With its products; ZDOS and ZBIOS, less expensive processors can be used, saving up to 80% on the processor-cost. The company was founded in 2002, employs three people and is based in Kista outside Stockholm.

People

Martin Gemvik, investment manager of STING Capital has been involved in the deal process and will act as an adviser of the board of directors. Mathias Adolfsson is CEO of the company.
