
Norvestor buys majority stake in Nomor
Norvestor Equity has acquired a 70% stake in pest control company Nomor, leaving the remaining shares under the ownership of the management team and employees.
Norvestor invested via Norvestor VI, which held a final close in 2012 on NOK 3bn. According to unquote" data, the vehicle commits equity tickets of NOK 100-500m to mid-market companies with enterprise values of NOK 150m-1.5bn.

Established in 1995, Nomor is a pest control company that operates in Sweden. The company operates within three service areas: pest control; food safety; home and house. Nomor provides service agreements that guarantee compliance with current regulation in each service area.
The company has 19 offices across Sweden and central functions in Sollentuna and Falun. Revenues reached SEK 104m in 2013.
