Nord Kapitalforvaltning has taken a majority stake in Norwegian mobility products manufacturer Hepro.
Hepro's management will hold the remaining stake following the investment.
The Norwegian GP's investment will be used to support organic growth and finance acquisitions to continue the company's growth strategy.

Trond Tidemann is a shareholder and the outgoing chairman of Hepro, while Truls Aanstad is the CEO and also holds a stake in the business.
