Verdane Capital has sold Caretech, a digital care technology and services provider, to Swedish phone manufacturer Doro for SEK 240m, making a 3.5x return on its investment.

Doro's purchase is in line with its increasing focus on telecoms assistance for the elderly in the Nordic region.
The sale is expected to complete in January.

Founded in 1990, the Kalix-based company expects to generate revenues of around SEK 150m in 2014.
