Amanda Capital holds first close on EUR77m; makes three exits
Amanda Capital, the Finnish fund-of-funds manager, has held a first close on Amanda Capital IV West LP on EUR77m. The new vehicle will invest in Western European GPs.
Meanwhile, Amanda Capital has realised a cash flow of more than EUR1m on exits in its portfolio of funds. Montagu III has sold its stake in Open International to Towergate; Fenno Fund has sold its remaining shares in Affecto Plc; and the Nexit Infocom 2000 fund will distribute proceeds to Amanda from its partial exit in Ecrico and release of proceeds from the Hybrid Graphics exit.
