Industrifonden has invested SKr 9m in Nanofactory Instruments, a nanotechnology business. The company received a total SKr 13m in this investment round, where Chalmersinvest also participated. The business faces rapid expansion and the capital injection will be used to develop products and strengthen its sales, installation and support functions.

The company, a spin-off from Chalmers Tekniska Högskola, develops instruments that can be used in electronic microscopes to measure and photograph objects in nano-scale. It employs 14 people and is based in Gothenburg.
