
Sentica’s atBusiness merges with Innofactor
Sentica Partners Oy has sold Finnish technology company atBusiness to Innofactor.
Sentica previously owned 60.1% of atBusiness and sold its entire stake as part of the transaction.
The business will be integrated into Innofactor immediately, changing its name from atBusiness Oy to Innofactor Business Solutions Oy.
Innofactor is paying for part of the acquisition in shares. Sentica Kasvurahasto II will become the second largest shareholder in Innofactor, holding close to 10% of the company's share capital.
The acting management of atBusiness owned 20% prior to the sale, while Trainers' House Kasvusysteemiosakeyhtö, a subsidiary of Trainers' House Oy, owned the remaining 19.9%.
The aim is to complete implementation of significant parts of the business by summer 2013.
Sentica acquired atBusiness via the Sentica Kasvurahasto II Ky fund in 2006. Since then, the company's turnover has grown to almost €20m.

Pentti Tuunala is a partner at Sentica. Sami Ensio is Innofactor's CEO and main owner. Juha Rokkanen, CEO of atBusiness, will become head of Innofactor.
